Advice and Support Centre

Need free, confidential advice and support?
Just ASC!

The Advice and Support Centre (ASC) is a free and confidential support service based at UHSU.  We can help with an array of issues, including personal, academic, social and health matters.  Even if you are just looking for someone to talk to over a cup of tea and some biscuits, we can offer a listening ear.  No concern or worry is too small.

The ASC has a team of dedicated staff that operate an open door policy from Monday to Friday, so why not drop in and see us?

Free legal clinic
By appointment only, there is access to a free legal adviser on Wednesday afternoons.

Other services
As well as offering a sympathetic ear, ASC has a selection of Personal Alarms and Pregnancy Testing Kits available at reduced prices and condoms that you can pick up for free.
