About UHSU Elections

Every year UHSU holds elections for full time remunerated sabbaticals and part time voluntary post. The role of elected representatives is to represent and support all students of the University of Hertfordshire at all levels. Elected representatives take responsibility for the policy and direction of the Students' Union as a whole.

There are two main stages to the election. The first stage is the nomination process where students can stand for the different officer positions.

The second stage is voting. You'll be voting for the team of student officers that represent you to the University so make sure you vote for the candidate whose views represent yours.
